ABOUT TUAKA

Tuaka is an online cash payment platform designed for seamless transaction between companies/organizations and their customers. This is designed purposely for collection of membership dues, fees and donations.

To be able to pay through TUAKA you must create TUAKA user account and the organization you are paying to must have signed up for Cash Manager application.

After a successfully registration of your TUAKA account, you will receive an email confirmation message which contains your account access code. Login into your account, click on the menu to drop-down, then click on Organizations to display list of organizations that have signed on Cash Manager.

To be able to make payment through TUAKA, you must complete these processes.

  1. Create your TUAKA account
  2. Login with your access code
  3. Connect your account with the organization you wish to make payment to by following these steps
  • Click on Join Now, there will be option to login to confirm Membership if you are a registered member of the organization/institution.
  • Click on Register As Member if you are yet to register your membership with the organization. When you are done with your registration, you must start over the process to confirm your membership.

Note: Only registered members whose login credentials have been confirmed can make payment to the organization.

  • Click on Join As Customer if you are just a customer of the organization to add you to the organization’s customer list.
  1. Having completed stage 3, you must go back to the homepage to select organization from the box below your image and click on ACCESS PAYMENT DASHBOARD anytime you want to make payment.
  2. It will open a payment dashboard to see all invoices assigned to your name with option to make the payment or check your payment history.

The Cash Manager enables organizations to create a database of their members or customers with options to create fees types and assign invoices to their members and customers.

It provides real-time statistics to track both online and offline payments/ receipts with options to filter and download daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports. The Cash Manager comes with integrated SMS and email system which automatically sends reminders/notifications to defaulting members/customers.
